1. Ethical Sourcing: All gemstones available on our website are purchased individually by our team. We maintain strong relationships with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to ethical practices. We carefully select gemstones that are sourced from conflict-free zones and adhere to international standards for responsible mining.

2. Quality Assurance: We understand the importance of providing our customers with gemstones of the highest quality. Our experts meticulously inspect each gemstone to ensure its authenticity, brilliance, and overall quality. We strive to offer gemstones that meet the highest standards in the industry.

3. Exchange Policy: We believe in customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your gemstone, we offer exchanges. Please note that all exchanges must be initiated within 05 days max, from the date of purchase. The gemstone must be in its original condition, accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

4. Payment Terms: We provide a maximum of 10 days for payment of invoices after the sale. This allows our customers ample time to complete the payment process while ensuring a smooth transaction. Please ensure that payment is made within the stipulated time to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Return Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns. As gemstones are unique and delicate, we are unable to restock and resell returned items. However, we are more than happy to assist you with an exchange or address any concerns you may have regarding your purchase.
